synchronous menu

Hi Everyone !

I need some solution wchich help me create synchronous menu. This is example want i want to do: http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/2163/20595727.jpg

When i click on news in menu, small rectangle in the upper right corner of the page will be selected. When i click portfolio the second one … etc.
Is it possible to do that ?
