Synchronize website likes with Facebook-Post likes

Hi all,

I would like to synchronize the likes appear on news on our webiste with the like on the posts on facebook (they are nearly the same). Meaning, if I like the website news, the liek would automatically appear on th facebook post.

With the use of facebook.developers code generator, I am able to synchronize the like on the website news with my facebook fan page. But the code does not work for the single facebook posts itselves.

Does anybody know how this works?
