Switching from Joomla to WordPress

    I am switching a site from Joomla to WordPress and I have a page in the Joomla site (http://wavesheaf.org/literature.html) that I want to set up on the WordPress site that has the same structure, categories on a page with a menu link. Any idea how to do that in WordPress? I don’t want posts I would prefer pages. I know I can do it with posts but what about pages?
