• Hi there,

I produce my html code with a script and then paste it into the text editor. Specifically, I the script produces the following image-code:

    [caption id="picture-2" width="300" align="alignright"]<a href="image.png"><img alt="alttext" src="image.png"/></a>caption-text, might include links[/caption]

Looking at a page immediately after saving the code in the text editor gives the expected output. But going once to the visual editor (tinyMCE) will screw up the pictures: alignment and size attributes are lost, the caption is gone and the image won’t be opened in the lightbox anymore.

I think this should count as a bug.

    All best,
    Bphil

  • Don’t switch editing tabs. That’s the fastest way to remove some (or all) of your markup. Pick a tab and stick to it.
