Switched from WP Super Cache – Not Displaying Cached Pages

    I had WP Super Cache installed and deleted it and add WP Fasted Cache. The display pages are not showing as cached. I have checked the .htaccess file and it has the same entries as sites that I have working successfully. Also, I looked in the wp-content/cache directory and it is being populated with cached pages. The issue is getting it to display the cached version. I am not logged in when looking for the cached version of the page. Also, I have clear all my browser cache to assure the issue was not browser based.

    Should the the wp-config.php file have define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); active? I have tried with and without that but still no luck.
