swipebox always appears after colorbox

I have an issue when I select colorbox. I installed JQuery Colorbox and selected Colorbox in the Flickr Photostream settings. The Colorbox pops up OK but it doesn’t replace swipebox. Swipebox always appears behind the colorbox so I need to close both of them when closing a photo.
