SVN pre-hook problem for plugin update

Hello,

when i try to commit any file to my plugin svn directory then it fail and give me a message like bellow..

commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output: please provide commit message that describes you are making….

About 4 days ago it works fine but till now it gives me a error message . My plugin directory (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/post-meta)

Please help me…..
