Recently, I have been tasked with taking over the production of a company plugin. I committed to our plugin repository last Friday and everything went fine. I tried to commit to the repository today and I got a 403 forbidden returned.
I read a lot of the other tickets about problems committing to the repository. They said it had to be an error in the repository URL or my username/password had a mistake. I have checked both and they work correctly.
Are there any more solutions?

The Plugin SVN has been taken offline temporarily. It will online again shortly.

Same here..
You can view no problem http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/
but commit it gives forbidden
all we can do is check back later
would be nice if wordpress sent an automated email out when it was down or updated somewhere to let users know
I've been getting the forbidden error message since 10am this morning and am still unable to update my plugin. I notice this thread has been marked resolved, does this mean I should be able to now?
If so, to whom should I turn for assistance?
Thanks

No, I don't think the SVN is back up. It was marked resolved because you know why it's down.
Thanks for the clarification.
