   I'm unable to update my plugin. I've reset my password via the web, and verified that the capitization, etc. of my user name is correct. I've also deleted ~/.subversion/ Nonetheless, I get an error.

   svn --username steve@sterndata.com --password xxx ci -m 'fix readme'
   svn: Commit failed (details follow):
   svn: access to '/!svn/act/f60c875f-a628-4c9b-95a7-6d9ca0ebd69a' forbidden

   For anyone interested, I had to change my password to get it to work again as well.
