My blog is in ISO-8859-1 but the sv_SE.mo is modified for UTF-8. Where can i find the file in ISO?

You can make as I did.. Make a .mo file on your on.. It's easy, you just have to find the original .po file (you can try http://wiki.wordpress.org for that) and than compile it on ISO-8859-1 to a .mo file with poEdit (http://poedit.sourceforge.net).
To complile to a ISO-8859-1 file you just have to set it on the poEdit options before compile it (just hit "save as" and the program will save a .mo file on the same dir of the .po file)
That's the most clear explanation I can give (i'm brazilian). Hope it helps!
