Suscribing using html form doesn´t work

Hi

I installed your plugin and it works great, fantastic job. The problem is that I´m using the html form to allow people to suscribe to our newsletter, but when you enter the mail nothing happens. The widget on the sidebar works great, but I want to use the html form in another location of the web.

I copied the html code when I created the suscription form, but as you can see it doesn´t work.
