   "surveys" is an excellent plugin, but it has a major flaw. It turns non-Latin alphabet into question marks, most probably because it understand only ascii format. It also does not have any language file, and is not prepared for working with other languages.

   I agree that this is a major flaw. It's useless to me with this limitation.
