MYODBI need some basic instructions for setting up a survey with SurveyMe.
I have downloaded the plugin. I type in a question. Then I type in Yes and No in the values section of Fields 3 and 4. I have the Mandatory box checked. I go down to Apply, then I place the code on the page. When I go to the page I get a box for name, email, and a submit box but the questions and answers are not there.
What am I missing?
