Have you asked the theme’s developer about this?
Waiting on a response from one but seems to do this with any theme upload regardless of author/developer
Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
2014 already uploaded. Uninstalled, restarted, and uploaded fine with all other themes deactivated
All themes scanned for corruption/virus and all pass
Can we see the site using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
Yes, pulled it up in a different browser and it can be seen, all be it not all there.
Tried to upload the themes again while site is in Twenty Fourteen and all plugins deactivated and receive same error message.
Sorry but I don’t have access to a psychic browser atm, so I have no idea where your site is!
Did not understand the question. Remember, newbie here.
http://www.johnhughesgolf.com live with all plugins deactivated and 2014 theme activated
Don’t paste content from Microsoft Word into WordPress as the pasted text will also contain Word’s own formatting. Sooner or later, this formatting will stop your pages from being displayed correctly (if at all) in Internet Explorer. If you cannot possibly manage without Word, paste your text into NotePad (or another text editor) first, then copy from NotePad into WordPress. Or use a weblog client.
You will nowe need to edit all Posts and Pages where you have pasted content in from Word and remove all of the rubbish it has added to your content.
Thanks for looking through. Guess this is what is prohibiting upload of themes?
I’m not sure but the underlying source of your pages is a complete mess, so that has to be removed to rule it out.
