Just recently, my company's website switched over to the wordpress platform (www.otenyc.com). It's been a real pleasure being able to maintain the site in such an easy way (I have no formal knowledge in web design or anything similar). However it's been brought to my attention that about half of the time someone tries to visit my site, they are redirected to a warning page saying:

"The website you are visiting appears to contain malware...For detailed information about problems found on this site or a portion of this site, visit the Google Safe Browsing Diagnostic page for analytics.rebel5.com"

I have no idea what rebel5 is and every malware search service I've used has come up with nothing.

i have same problem....i was put off my website for search engines and home page should be opening on addres that was foung for example on google but isnt so.
example is my site is http://www.velikisiljegovac.com so when i search on google keyword velikisiljegovac its come link named info and address says http://www.velikisiljegovac.com/ so when i click on that same result as cspaul0 or activate some javascript i think that contains malware.I set my website to be vissible for search engine and same thing.
Is possibility that someone was playing with some files in wordpress or its search engine fault?
    anyone knows that?

no malware found but there is in search results same thing left.Guess i will need thry google webmaster tools to clear that or to leave it aas it is until changes set active

  5. Hard to say exactly. Often it's the host that's hacked, or your FTP/SSH userid and password was captured.

Either way you'll need to change your passwords and delouse your blog. Start with confirming that you're hacked by visiting that Sucuri link. After that it's lots of reading and figuring out how to unhack your installation.

    Good luck.

My host was recently sent me a new password and username.
Also i was cleaned db from any suspicious comments and still doing that but real problem is search engine. There was way to remove links from search engine but that can last long.Google have that option but i wont use it for now i will wait to replace cache and if that doesnt not affect i will remove but problem is that must get cleared on multiple search engines and wait to get crawled again.I allready verified that my website isnt blacklisted and isnt poisoned with malvare.

here is a code that i take from google when site was redirecting to some malware (fakeav scanner)

so after i turned off java script in browser i get normal code in google links:

so that points to java script file. Then i replace just psyhicaly files(not database) from backup and everything worked perfect.I hope that will someone use this for finding malicious scripts.

  9. Please don't post malware like that, we'd just as soon take your word for it...

Code removed so it stops tripping everyone's local virus protector.

You can use http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ to scan your site for malware.
