support WP v.3.9

    Its WordPress 3.9 ready as is. It says “may not be compatible” because WordPress.org parses a string in the plugin’s file that declares compatible versions but since nothing has changed to break it I haven’t updated it since then so that string hasn’t changed. I’ll fix that when I get a chance.
