rcrissI've spent the last 3 days trying to install this plugin! It's driving me nuts lol, The program is (Support Tickets Center by Zingiri)
I have downloaded and Activated the plugin via dashboard. so no manual download/install. I've also set the permissions for the plugin directory to 777 for installation, as well as my servers root and of course wp-contents. Just during installation of the plugin anyways.
so this is what happens.
I install/download plugin -> set permissions to 777 -> activate plugin -> clicked on install via the ticket center tab within the dash.
then i get this error.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://freepcfix.co/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zingiri-tickets-admin. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
