I have just paid the $199 and have been waiting 2 days (going on 3)for their support department to respond to what appears to be some simple configurations problems. For the most part the product works... and it has an excellent feature set.
Currently I can create Tickets and edit them. Strangely I can't view them? This has to be a setting somewhere but without support this is a big problem for me.
Also the file attachment is not currently working. Yes all my directorys are read/Write enabled.
I'm going to give it a few more days before pulling the plug and going with WATS. I really need the file attachment functionallity and in general like how the product works...
I'll post a followup if these guys ever respond.
