Super fast & efficient customer service

New WordPress user, wanted to be able to have people share on FB, Twitter, etc. Downloaded e-MAILit, but had missed a step so it didn’t work.

Emailed their customer service – on Sunday afternoon – they responded, told me what I’d missed and I had everything working within a couple hours.

Sure with all the customer service teams in the world were anywhere nearly this good! Very, very impressive!
