Super Categories Plugin

    I want to use super categories plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/super-categories/) to implement a functionality where several WordPress sites share the same content and database but different themes, titles, logos and description. I have installed the plugin, but i cannot make it to work. when i add a super category with one of the packed domains, it just displays the success message but i cannot see the category in the category list. I am hoping there is someone out there who has used the plugin before and can guide on how to make it work.
