   So I installed statcounter yesterday, because everything worked fine before I installed the code as a plugin I imagine it has to be the root of the problem...

   Anyway, after I log in - I receive four lines

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bazznor3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/akismet/akismet.php:2) in /home/bazznor3/public_html/wp-login.php on line 9

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/bazznor3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/akismet/akismet.php:2) in /home/bazznor3/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php on line 308

   And the third and forth lines are same as above, except mention 309, 270.

   It seems I am helpless in logging in to fix whatever error there may be in the syntax...anyone got some advice???

   Very good link, esmi. However, how do I reach the php file without the ability to log in. To my knowledge the plugins' php files are hosted and read from the WP.org platform...

   they are on your server...you use ftp (filezilla is a good program) or a file manager of your host offers one to access your files

   It is a skill you will need to learn, as many problems with WP may be fixed with simple fixes which require you to access your files in this manner

   Thanks guys! I didn't have ftp access , but now I have a better path to knowledge and ability to :D
