Sumo Me List Builder / Mailchimp subscribers list not getting update

    I have been searching all through the forum and have done all required, but my MailChimp list is still not getting updated. My Sumo Me plugin has collected 5 emails already but they do not add up to my MailChimp list.

    I have created a MailChimp list and uploaded 20 subscribers (previous ones) to it from a CSV file. After that, the next ones from Sumo Me are not getting appended to the list.

    Please help fast!

    Hey Mate

    We fixed this bug.

    Make sure you are connected to MailChimp and not asking for for first name as required in MailChimp.

    Could you please clarify the response here?

    According to everything I can see, I’m connected correctly to my mailchimp list (I see the correct mailing list as selected) and I get subscriber emails in CSV format, but nothing goes through to Mailchimp.

    I’m using version 1.5.

    When you say “not asking for for first name as required in MailChimp” do you mean Mailchimp SHOULD or SHOULD NOT be set (somewhere) to require a first name??

    The support on this Sumo Me is absolutely terrible. The concept is great but im having numerous problems with their apps.

    The list builder won’t sync any contacts to mailchimp. I unticked required box in mailchimp and also ensured in the connections box that it was going to the correct list yet still its not going anywhere when i put my test email in.

    I then tried my contact form app. Entered in my test email and despite putting the correct email in for delivery nothing has come through.

    These apps are essentially useless unless they do they job advertised. Im on the verge of uninstalling it. I wish it worked as it could be a great tool

    Hopefully someone can help
