    Hi,
    I hope someone helps me.

When i post in WordPress i just want the first few lines of my article to appear on the main page. And to people to click and discover the full article in the more detailed page.

I am only able to make a normal post but when i click on the title of the post it just shows NOT FOUND and a search bar.

What could be the problem ?

I am on a Linux server hosted by GoDaddy.

I really hope someone will help.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,

    Mili

You can use the <!--more--> Quicktag to create what you are looking for. Some info: http://codex.wordpress.org/Write_Post_SubPanel#Quicktags.

As for the not found problem, a link to your site might help people to diagnose.

    Good luck.

This is a good fix, but I already have hundreds of posts. Do you I need to manually place the <!--more--> tag in each one, or is it possible to do it at a macro level?
