summarize posts as front page

Hi WordPress Team,

I’m using the free “magic blue” theme. I’d like to set my home page to more than one post. The trouble is that when I put 5 posts up in full length it’s going to be very long. I’d like to put up a summary of these 5 posts.
I know you can summarize your feets in your email list, but I haven’t found this option for my posts. Is this option available on this theme?
