I like it… My suggestion would be to possibly change the blue to a green that matches your logo. Looks great, really!
I’d change the dark background to something lighter in color that matches your logo. Dark blue links on a dark bg aren’t easy to read (though hovering on them is). I’d also maybe consider changing the white “deep” bg to a matching, but even lighter, color. Otherwise it looks hunky dory.

I am kind of at a loss with what to do about the banner- I don’t really like it- and I still need to figure out what to do about the widths of everything.
I need a better picture but I very rarely take landscape shots they are almost all portrait=/
I agree with everyone else on the dark background. I also think the widths need to be fixed (like the line under the header which extends farther than the header).
Erm… Header doesn’t “play” at all with the rest of “design”… Just imho… and header is not as wide as the rest of the site on my display (1280×1024)… Should be fixed maybe…
