Suggestion to enhance admin page of plugin

Because of the number of domains mapped on my configuration, managing them can get a little challenging. Therefore, I modified line 204. Maybe this will help others. I’d love to see this put into the newer versions.

$rows = $wpdb->get_results( "SELECT * FROM {$wpdb->dmtable} ORDER BY blog_id ASC LIMIT 0,200" );
