[Suggestion] Add plugin version info to email alerts

    When Wordfence sends out alert emails, you get something like this:

    * The Plugin “Wordfence Security” needs an upgrade.

    It would be helpful to have version info like this:

    * The Plugin “Wordfence Security” needs an upgrade. Version 5.0.5 is installed, version 5.0.6 is the most recent.

    (I just got an email telling me WF needs an upgrade, but I already have the latest installed, so it would be nice to know what versions WF thinks are involved here.)
