@opopop Could you elaborate on the proposed options? By World Cup and Money Matches, do you mean a tournaments/betting feature?

I mean this url show league.
    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/league/pakistan-cup/

If it's world cup then url should be like

http://www.pvgf.org/wp/wordcup/pakistan-cup/ (not working this url it's just for suggestion)

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v482/MKRayden/sportspress_zpsfcd22266.png

so if you add Worldcup Under Sportspress menu then member can show World Cup , T20 Cup and yes same i want this Betting feature

    like

    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/moneymatch/pakistan-cup/

hope you understand what i mean

@opopop If you just want to change the permalinks, you can do this via Settings > Permalinks. There is a section there for SportsPress post types.

Not Permalinks because if i change permalinks from settings then it will just replace league with another text like Worldcup but my suggestion is there should some more taxonomy similar to League under to sportspress menu

    2020 world cup
    League (this already exist)
    WorldCup
    testmatch

    something like this

@opopop What would the new taxonomies do, exactly? If they are just another way to sort events, then I would recommend using leagues and seasons. You can create league hierarchies too, if that helps.

For example, you could create these leagues (select Parent as "World Cup"):

    World Cup
    — Group A
    — Group B
    — Group C
    — Group D
    ...

Thanks for your reply now you can see below links

    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/league/world-cup/
    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/league/group-b/
    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/league/group-a/

Sir my question is the League taxonomy is always comes for example if i want this url
    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/world-cup/groupa
it's not possible without using League taxonomy.

my suggestion is only when you upgrade your plugin in future then add some more Taxonomy like World Cup so the url will become

    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/world-cup/groupa
    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/better/groupa-vs-groupb

or user can add custom taxonomy

hope you understand what i saying

@opopop The shortcodes might be useful in this case. Since page slugs use root permalinks, you could create a page called "World Cup" which will have the permalink http://www.pvgf.org/wp/world-cup, then create child pages under that page.

There are several shortcodes you can use on this page like [event_calendar] and [league_table], which might be better than a simple taxonomy archive.

@opopop If you need to use taxonomies then you could create a league called "World Cup" and child leagues of World Cup for each group. Unfortunately, creating new taxonomies is beyond the scope of this plugin.

The URLs still need to use a slug to define that they are league taxonomies, so your url for the World Cup archive will be:

    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/league/world-cup

You could change the league slug via Settings > Permalinks to something more generic. For example, if you change the league slug to "m", your URL will look like this:

    http://www.pvgf.org/wp/m/world-cup

    I hope this helps.
