   Hi

   I am looking for a WordPress plugin that displays related posts with post thumbnail. However, the problem is that I want to apply this plugin on a high traffic website and I am worried that a related posts plugin would slow down a server. So I would like to know if there is a plugin that matches the posts and saves data and does not burden database and web server?

   Currently I use Efficient Related Posts plugin but it does not have post thumbnail option as yet.
