Can someone suggest me a family Photo album WP theme with password protection. I want to use that particular site efor family and friends pictures only. i.e; a photo album site like snapfish.com. Pls advise.

flickr, picasa, etc.
You can copy-protect any WordPress blog and make it available only to registered users, or certain users, or just with a password - there are a bunch of different plugins available for that.
