   I need a plugin that will handle it similar to the way the White House has their Ask a Question page http://www.whitehouse.gov/OpenForQuestions/
   

   It allows you to ask a question but then the question is acting like a poll and accounts for how many people rated that question.

   Any suggestions to do some similar does not have to be exactly this way but pointing me to a plugin that can do something like this would be very helpful.

   Google Moderator is great but it requires a Google Account to vote. I wish there was an option to open polls to the public without sign-in restrictions.
