I've used Nextgen since mid last year, but all of a sudden earlier this year, I had the issue with thumbnail generation that most other users seem to have. Went nuts for the past few months trying to resolve it with all the methods I could find, but nothing worked. I need to have the site working again for a big event in mid-October, so I'm looking for something new.
The way I make posts is, I put a few images and text in the body of each entry, and then have a gallery with all of the images as thumbs at the end. You can get an idea from my one partially surviving post here:

Usually around 150 images per post, so I need a plugin that will allow batch uploading, make individual folders for each gallery, generate thumbnails and display them neatly on the post all at once (no sliders or pages of thumbs), and display each imagee in a lightbox when clicked.
Is there anything out there besides Nextgen that has these features, and has as friendly an interface (I can't do coding)?
