I want to remove a text that appears after the comment box: "You may use these HTML ... etc". I found an answer from Sayontan a year ago, instructing to go to Blog Features -> Custom Includes -> Custom Styles and put in: .form-allowed-tags {display: none;} but I'm on version 4.0 and I don't see that option.

"Blog Features" got renamed to "Back-end" about a year back. Also, an explicit option for this setting was introduced a while back: Back-end → Comment Settings → Comment Form Labels → Comment form: HTML Tags

Thank you, Sayontan. I haven't worked on this theme for a while. BTW, thank you for the new version. It rocks (as usual)!
