Suffusion – How to get rid of text after comment box

    I want to remove a text that appears after the comment box: “You may use these HTML … etc”. I found an answer from Sayontan a year ago, instructing to go to Blog Features -> Custom Includes -> Custom Styles and put in: .form-allowed-tags {display: none;} but I’m on version 4.0 and I don’t see that option.
