Suddenly the importer stoped to show attachments

I am working on a video blog where I have been importing data using your awesome plugin from excel sheet by converting it in .csv format.

Since last two days on front end it just stopped to show images whenever I upload new data. Some times it randomly do show the images.This is how the the post with attachment is saved in database:

RIGHT FORMAT > IMAGE

And this is how post without image is saved

WRONG FORMAT > IMAGE
