   i saw now, after updating from one of the last knews versions 1.?.? to knews 1.2.8 that there on the "...page=knews_stats"-page the files=chart1.png, chart2.png and chart5.png aren't generated anymore.

   but in the previous version (?) and in another nearly fresh installed knews 1.2.8 on another wp-site this is working best.

   should i have to reinstall knews 1.2.8?
   but how to save first the allready finished one newsletter, it's possible?

   Older knews versions load the images through non WP standards way. This has changed, but the images should seen... Please, go with FTP to the folder /wp-content/plugins/knews/tmp and confirm the images are in it.

   well, thank you at all!
   it is very pleasant how to get help in this very involved forum.

   these image-files are in the /tmp folder but not shown although,
   i. e. did clear the browser-cache, nothing. hmm.

   so i don't care about that phenomenon anylonger and decide to simly re-install knews 1.2.8 after sending this above mentioned NL tomorow

   For everybody: seems a bug in some webservers config: the image is served as UTF-8 encoded and corrupt. we are looking for a solution.

   @aundc: Some users feedback us latest version 1.2.9 solves the issue, can do you confirm?
