Subsribers that include "Publicize" followers. Plugin help

    I just switched from .com to a self hosted blog.

    When I used Publicize on my wordpress.com site, the publicize stats would include actual email subscribers PLUS the number of facebook and twitter followers I had.

    Is there a plugin to do this “adition” for self-hosted sites?
