  • Byron, you say:

“… it shows one of my sitebar-plugins (social media links) in a broken way below the form.”

What do you mean by broken way. How does it normally show? Can you paste a screenshot link here?

Hi, this is how it should look like: http://www.screencast.com/t/ze4SBbH5

And this is how it does: http://www.screencast.com/t/ckDL1iZy

The strange thing is, I disabled the sitebar on the subscription page and all my sitebare-addons aren’t shown, only this social media button plugin is (broken as you see).

If I delete the shortcode/HTML/Iframe then the buttons are invisible as they should be.

    Hello Byron,

Wrapper sidebar div is missing on that page and social icons are inside content div rather sidebar. That might be a reason of the issue.

Yeah but this issue is being created by the subsciption form :/

    Hi Byron,

I checked all the code we are inserting when adding a form, and I can’t see any problems. There are no missing divs or missing closing elements.

Would you mind opening a ticket with our support team?
You can do it at http://support.wysija.com/feedback/

We’ll look into this issue, it’s something related to your theme or a plugin conflict.

    Thanks!
