    In WPNewsman you have to start from scratch. In order not to lose your existing subscribers, you can export them from G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager to a file and after you install WPNewsman import the subscribers into the new plugin. Note that you will have to uninstall G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager before installing WPNewsman because there will a conflict between two plugins and the subscription will not work correctly.
