Subscribers Email Responses Go To Spam or Quarantine Folder

I have a couple people that are registered users on a multi site installation that I use, they have their own site, and they are subscribed to my site and when I do a new post, the notifications go to their Spam or Quarantine folders. Please help. Works great for people that are not in the multi site and are using personal emails. Notifications go straight to their inbox.
