[resolved] Subscribers and stats disappeared (7 posts)

We recently moved our blog to a new webhost and the address shortened from new.fibis.org to just fibis.org . I now see that the only blog subscribers and stats we have are those since the move.

Is there a way to fix this as we had several hundred subscribers and used it to keep our societies members informed of our latest news.

I've made some changes to your Jetpack settings; could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnect then reconnect to WordPress.com? Once you do so your old Stats and Subscribers data will be back under your account.

Many thanks for your help. The old stats and subscribers are back, but those that subscribed after the move are no longer listed. Is there any way to merge them with the old subscribers?

I have now transferred the stats and subscribers that were collected after the move.
