The blog is forthefirstime.ca. For some unknown reason the Subscribe2 plugin simply did not send an email to subscribers for the latest post (Monday, Feb 7th). Nothing seems amiss in the settings. Any explanation as to why this would have occured?

@memdesigns,
You have most likely run into a hosting provider limit on your account. Maybe you got a few new subscribers or maybe they changed their policies. You need to contact them and ask why emails are now being blocked.
Could be similar to my issue, did you upgrade your WP to 3.0.5? My e-mails have stopped all of a sudden and I'm hosting with SliceHost.
I'm hosting with GoDaddy and have NOT yet done the update. (I always have to psych up for that since inevitably something goes amiss, usually with the design). I changed the email address from which the emails were being sent and it started working again. Completely non-sensical since the email address that was being used was a simple gmail address that, outside of the blog, was sending without any problem.
So...still don't know what's really going on.
I figured out my issue. When I updated WP or the plugin the subscribers where all set to a "!" status. I selected them all and confirmed all the subscribers and my latest post was sent successfully.
That's good to know - I'll remember that for when I do the update.
