Subscribe2 form opening when some one click on download link

Hello I want to make a download link that after clicking on that a subscribe2 widget subscription form will open. After completion of subscription and authorization, page will automatically redirect to download link and download start.

I have seen many websites they are also have option to choose one either from facebook page like, twitter follow or G+ circle with email subscription also in same pop up form when someone click on download button. If any one option is choose he may be able to download.

Although download manager plugin there is one option that only registered member can download. But I only want email notifications not to registered on my wordpress account.
Anybody have Idea how to make this on wordpress.
