Subscribe to Comments plugin problem with problogger theme?

I had a problem with the authors names not showing on my comments a little while back and now I installed the Subscribe to Comments plugin and nothing is showing up. I’ve read where some people get text and no check box or check box and no text, I just get nothing.

I’m using the problogger theme and my site is http://beadnerd.com

Any help would be appreciated.
