I installed this plugin and activated it and then logged out of WP but my post comment field only seems to have a single input text field nothing else.
What could i do to trouble shot?
If their is other 'subscribe to comments' plugins that you recormend please let me know!'

I am having the same problem.
I am having this problem also. I wonder if it's because the subscribe to comments plugin isn't compatible with more recent versions of WordPress....?

it has to do with the way AJAX submission works with the comments - i have been at this for 100+ hours and want to go play on a Freeway as this point :(
