I am facing same problem. Please reply back ASAP. While sending test mail from back-end, the test mail is going correctly, but in sidebar widget if I am subscribing with an email id, then after press subscriber button, the subscribe massage is displaying. Even the mail id is registering in WP back-end. But the use is not getting any confirmation mail. I have checked both in inbox and spam, but it never came. Please tell the way to solve this problem.
Hi, firstly I would remember that this plugin is free, so I can help compatibly with my time and the priority I give to customers.
Anyway, do you have your apache error logs? does they list and out of memory error?
Can you try to increase the memory setting the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT? you can find documentation of this setting to be put on the wp-config on the WordPress site. You can set it to 128M for example.
To debug your case, since the plugin works on many installations, I should have an administrative access.
