Subpages listed (3 posts)

I'm sure this is really simple, but I'm not finding the answer anywhere.

I'm just starting with WordPress and creating a few pages, but what I've noticed is that when I set up subpages, the entire heirarchy of the parent with the child pages is listed on all of the pages, parent on down. This seems to be an automatic thing. How do I get that off of there?

    Website is stjoseph.rjweb.net

If you can provide more details. Do you mean you can see the hierarchy tree on the sidebar, at the front end? Or are you referring to the Admin Panel at the back end?

Sorry, I'm not sure how to describe it - it's showing up on the front end published pages that include the hierarchy. It's only on the pages that have subpages, not on the ones that are just main pages. If you take a look at the website, the Home and About Us pages have no problem, but the Ministry page, which has subpages, list the heirarchy tree at the bottom of the page. So far, the only way around it is to set all the pages up as main pages with no parents.
