   Hi,

   We have Hindi Language Translation File of WordPress located here:

   How we can add it to official "WordPress In Your Language" page
   http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language

   it's easy
   just go to that page and click on "create account" link at top
   once account is created, you can edit the page and add the info yourself
