Submitting comments to notindex.php (1 post)

On my web site: http://www.jamblo.org I am using WordPress for two seperate pages. On the index page I am not using comments, but on surfing.php I am. By default, when a comment is made, it automatically returns to index.php. I've worked out how to make the 'comments' link work so that it stays within the surfing.php page, but when I click post, it returns me to index.php (where I'm met with an empty page because my post is not there!

I've worked it out that comments.php is not the problem, as it submits it's data to wp-comments-post.php, which is where the problem lies. How do I make it so once the comments have been submitted and processed, you are returned to surfing.php?p=whatever?

    Thanks in advance!

    Edit // I should probably mention, I'm using v1.5
