Submitting comments from main page

On the main page of my blog (nicolebachelor.com) you can view my blog entries, but there’s no link to submit a comment. You have to click on the individual blog title, to go to that individual entry, and only there can you submit your comment.

I’m using a Theme. Is there any way to modify one of the files in the theme so I can get some kind of small link at the beginning or end of each blog entry on the main page that would take someone to the place to fill in comments? Otherwise I’m concerned some people may think there’s no comments allowed.
