Submit name and email address to view a specific page (1 post)

    Hi, I want to add a link on one of my pages that opens up a form where the user submits their email address and name in order to gain access to a specific page.

    I don't want the user to have to submit the email address and name again if they have already done so from the same computer.

    Is there a simple way to do this?
